Crop a PDF without uploading it
Scanned pages and exported slides often have a wide empty margin. This tool cuts the same rectangle from every page and saves a real PDF, so the text stays text. Add several files when they all need the same trim, then download one ZIP.
How to crop PDF pages
- Add one or more PDF files. The first page is the preview.
- Drag the box, or set the top, right, bottom, and left percentages.
- Click Crop PDF. One file downloads as a PDF. Several files download as a ZIP.
Batch crop
The crop you set is applied to every page of every PDF in the list. That fits a stack of scans with the same border. If each file needs a different crop, run them one at a time.
