Optimize a PDF to a target file size
Job portals, visa forms, and email limits often want a PDF under 200KB, 500KB, or 1MB. This tool retries JPEG quality and page resolution until the file is near that target or it cannot shrink further without becoming unreadable.
Pages are saved as images, so you may not be able to select the text afterward. If the original is already under the target, it is downloaded unchanged. A locked file needs Unlock PDF first. For a simple shrink without a number, use compress PDF.
